Sr. Jane begins her month-long journey with an immersion experience from September 19-29th with the indigenous people in central Australia.  Sr. Maureen Welch, O.S.U., a Councilor of the Eastern Province, and the International Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation (JPIC) coordinator has been invited to attend as well. She will visit Thailand and Cambodia for her immersion experience.  Ursuline provincials throughout the world will also visit Southeast Queenland, Australia (encounter with a lower socio-economic community), Hualien and Kaohsiung, China (environmental issues), West Java & Bali, Cental Java & Bali and East Java & Bali, Indonesia (interreligious matters) and Pattaya & Payao, Thailand (human trafficking) and Samutsakorn & Cambodia, Thailand (migrant issues).
