REACHING OUT: THE SERVIAM TRADITION AND URSULINE ASSOCIATES

Alice Marie Giordano, O.S.U.

Wherever Angela’s spirit of contemplation in action takes root, it reaches out in service, inviting others to catch that spirit. Serviam, I will serve, is a hallmark of Ursuline endeavors, inviting those who are served to themselves become those who serve others. A contemporary member of the Ursuline family tree, the Ursuline Associates are laywomen who intentionally incorporate the spirit of Angela into their lives and actions.
