Happy St. Joseph’s Day!

On this day we’d like to share this unique artwork from our Ursuline Sisters in Kaohsiung, Taiwan as it depicts the fatherly love St. Joseph shows to his fostered son, our Lord, Jesus. It’s such a warm, loving embrace both from Jesus and St. Joseph. In it we are reminded how St. Joseph was chosen by God to become Jesus’ father here on earth.

Today we would also like to share this website from Vatican News describing that this year is the Year of St. Joseph. In the article it refers to the many reasons Pope Francis chose this Saint to anniversary this 150th year.
