Installation of new kitchen in Serviam Towers
Visitors enjoy a hard hat tour of Serviam Gardens and Towers and the spectacular rooftop views. The roof will be developed into a rooftop garden with seating areas for the residents.

March 2009 – Construction had progressed to completion of exterior of Serviam Gardens building #2 and foundation of Serviam Towers #1, first of the two towers, had been dug.
June 2009- Four stories of Tower #1 were completed.
