Visitors enjoy a hard hat tour of Serviam Gardens and Towers and the spectacular rooftop views. The roof will be developed into a rooftop garden with seating areas for the residents. Cornerstone of Serviam Gardens will be laid in Inauguration Ceremony, which is anticipated to occur in the Fall. One side bears the Serviam insignia.

March 2009 – Construction had progressed to completion of exterior of Serviam Gardens building #2 and foundation of Serviam Towers #1, first of the two towers, had been dug.
June 2009- Four stories of Tower #1 were completed.
