Happy Feast of St. Angela Merici! This year in honor of St. Angela we are designating it a reason to celebrate friendship.

This year for our foundress, St. Angela Merici, (feast day, January 27th) we are calling on our alumnae to create a tradition to get together.
Have lunch, dinner, a tea party or coffee. Go for a walk. Plan a play date with kids or dogs. Visit a gallery/musuem, or sip and paint your own masterpiece. Volunteer at a local soup kitchen. Come to think of it, even a phone call would suffice for the occasion!
Whatever the gathering… make time for a good friend; make a connection in the spirit of St. Angela and have some fun sharing laughs.
We would love to see groups of Ursuline “sisters” from around the country come together to celebrate in a new way.
When you do get together, share a selfie on social media using the hashtag #UrsulineSisterhood and we will share them with our sisters here at Ursuline Sisters of the Eastern Province, USA!
St. Angela will be just delighted to know that we all reached out to one another in her honor!
