Ursuline Response to LCWR’s Call to Collaborate With Others to Establish Justice For People of Color

On Saturday, November 9th, Sr. Jeannie Humphries, O.S.U. drove Sr. May Sullivan, Sr. Jackie DaSilva and Sr. Alrie Giordano up to Soul Fire Farm in Grafton, New York. Founded in 2011, this farm seeks to end racism in the food system and reclaim ancestral connections to the land. Sr. Alice Marie Giordano, OSU Attends “Healing the Wounds of Human Trafficking.”

  On July 29th and 30th there was an exhibit at the UN showing Sisters involvement in Healing the Wounds of Human Trafficking. Sr. Alice Marie Giordano, OSU attended the event featuring Sr. Gabiela Bottani Director of Talitha Cum, one of the best international networks of Sisters involvement in this effort.
